PRICING INFORMATION
Peak Season
June 16 - Labor Day Weekend
Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) = $840.00 Daily (3 night minimum) = $145.00 Off Peak Season
May 1 - June 15 & After Labor Day - Sept. 30
Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) = $685.00 Daily (3 night minimum) = $115.00 *NOTE: Weekly Rentals ONLY for the months of July and August Cleaning = $75.00
No cleaning fee assessed if renting by the week.
Vacation Home Rentals Payment Terms
We required a deposit of $250 for weekly rentals and $150 for daily rentals (3 day minimum) at the time of your reservation. This will be charged to your credit card with balance due upon arrival.
Vacation Home Cancellation Policy
Vacation Home reservations may be cancelled without penalty and deposit refunded if notice is received and confirmed by management no less than 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice of check-in will not receive a refund of deposit and the person(s) whose name the home is reserved under will be charged the remaining balance due at time of cancellation.
