HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Room reservations may be cancelled without penalty if notice is received and confirmed by hotel management at least 72 hours prior to check-in.  Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice of check-in, or check-out, the person(s) whose name the room is reserved under is responsible for payment of room.

ROOM BLOCKS
Drummond Island Hotel requires 14 days notice for cancellation of a block of rooms; which includes any reservation with three or more rooms for two or more nights.  If a block of rooms is cancelled with less than 14 days of check-in the person(s) whose name the room is reserved under is responsible for payment. 

PAYMENT TERMS
Drummond Island Hotel will charge the credit card that the reservation was held under unless customer contacts the hotel management to make other payment arrangements.

PET POLICY
A RESERVATION MUST BE MADE FOR YOUR PET.  Pet fee is $10.00 per pet/ per night. Unfortunately we cannot accept extra large breeds of dogs, such as Great Danes, Newfoundlands, etc.  Multiple pets are not permitted in rooms.

Pets are not permitted on beds and may not be left unattended in your room. If there is excessive cleaning or laundry required extra fees may be assessed. Guests are expected to clean up any “mess” your pet makes outside.
