HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Room reservations may be cancelled without penalty if notice is received and confirmed by hotel management at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice of check-in, or check-out, the person(s) whose name the room is reserved under is responsible for payment of room. NOTE: There are time frames that WILL require a 1 or 2 week notice including, but not limited to; July 4th, Jeep Jamboree and/or Blocked Room Reservations. Customer(s) are clearly notified at time of reservation.
ROOM BLOCKS
Drummond Island Hotel requires 14 days notice for cancellation of a block of rooms; which includes any reservation with three or more rooms for two or more nights. If a block of rooms is cancelled with less than 14 days of check-in the person(s) whose name the room is reserved under is responsible for payment.
PAYMENT TERMS
Drummond Island Hotel will charge the credit card that the reservation was held under unless customer contacts the hotel management to make other payment arrangements. Cash Payment Policy: A credit card is required at Check-In for incidental purposes when paying with cash.
PET POLICY
A RESERVATION MUST BE MADE FOR YOUR PET. Pet fee is $10.00 per pet (one time charge for the entire length of your stay). Unfortunately we cannot accept extra large breeds of dogs, such as Great Danes, Newfoundlands, etc. Multiple pets are not permitted in rooms.
Pets are not permitted on beds and may not be left unattended in your room. If there is excessive cleaning or laundry required extra fees may be assessed. Guests are expected to clean up any mess your pet makes outside.

Vacation Home Rentals Payment Terms
We required a deposit of $250 for weekly rentals and $150 for daily rentals (3 day minimum) at the time of your reservation. This will be charged to your credit card with balance due upon arrival.
Vacation Home Cancellation Policy
Vacation Home reservations may be cancelled without penalty and deposit refunded if notice is received and confirmed by management no less than 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice of check-in will not receive a refund of deposit and the person(s) whose name the home is reserved under will be charged the remaining balance due at time of cancellation.
