This classic A-frame beach-side vacation home is located on the west side of Fairbanks Point where the sunsets are unforgettable!

The front deck overlooks the huge front lawn and the cobblestone shoreline. This home has one of the best views around and you can enjoy it morning, noon and night from the 3-4 person hot tub on the waterfront deck! 

The private lot located on King's Bay is popular for all water sports and fishing! 14' fishing boat, no motor included. Swimming is off the dock - due to Drummond's rocky shoreline water shoes are recommended.  

The beds are: 1 full bed on the main floor, 1 Queen upstairs, 2 twin beds in the other room upstairs. Regular TV. DVD and VCR.

Peak Season
Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend
Weekly = $765.00
(Saturday to Saturday)
Daily = $127.00

Off Peak Season
Weekly = $630.00
(Saturday to Saturday)
Daily = $105.00

*NOTE: Weekly Rentals ONLY for July and August

Cleaning = $75.00
No cleaning fee assessed if renting by the week.

Vacation Home Rentals Payment Terms
We required a deposit of $250 for weekly rentals and $150 for daily rentals (3 day minimum) at the time of your reservation. This will be charged to your credit card with balance due upon arrival.

Vacation Home Cancellation Policy
Vacation Home reservations may be cancelled without penalty and deposit refunded if notice is received and confirmed by management no less than 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice of check-in will not receive a refund of deposit and the person(s) whose name the home is reserved under will be charged the remaining balance due at time of cancellation.
